New Year, Next Level! Every new year I write a mantra to define my year. This year my mantra is to “champion comprehensive education onboarding for Chief Nursing Officers (CNOs), Directors of Nursing (DONs) and aspiring nurse leaders.” Even highly experienced leaders require support, mentorship and education to effectively navigate the challenges of a new position or new organization.
