Mentorship programs are 8 sessions with continued support with Andi after the sessions are complete. The program is customizable and can be adjusted to meet the needs of the nurse leader or organization.
Andi has over 30 years of experience in post-acute care. She started as a nurse and grew her career to hold numerous leadership positions such as Chief Nursing Officer and Senior Vice President of Clinical Services. Andi’s passion is bringing creativity, fun, and joy to nursing while getting back to the basics of patient care.
