Sarah is a talented, results-oriented senior sales and management executive with over twenty-five years of exemplary account sales and management experience in the healthcare field. She has expertise in territory development, team building, sales contract negotiation and analyzing situations leading to proposed best fit products and solutions. Ms. Holden-Mount combines her clinical background in the field of healthcare with her tenured sales experience, leading successful sales, and clinical teams year after year.
In 2022, Sarah joined HL Advisors, with a focus on sales, clinical operations, onboarding, and customer success/account management. Sarah utilizes experience with the team working with organizations to support increased revenue and growth of the overall organizations, while ensuring proper patient care as applicable. Sarah combines her leadership, clinical and sales strengths, with her network of people and partnerships for HL customers to achieve their goals.
Early in her career, Sarah practiced as a physical therapist, with a love and passion for wound care. She worked in various healthcare settings with roles serving patients across the healthcare continuum, practicing in acute, outpatient, long term care, and the at home environment. She navigated healthcare organizations, employees, patients/residents, and families educating and encouraging wound care through an interdisciplinary team model.
Sarah is a founding member of the Post-Acute Wound and Skin Integrity Council (PAWSIC), an established not-for-profit. Sarah is a physical therapist (PT) and a Certified Wound Care Specialist (CWS) with the American Board of Wound Management (ABWM). Sarah held a Board of Director position for two terms for the National Pressure Injury Advisory Panel, NPIAP, from 2014-2020. She chaired and co-chaired the Public Policy committee for five of the six years while on the board. In addition, Sarah held a Board of Trustee position for the ABWM Foundation, from 2019-2024. Sarah was an adjunct professor at Northeastern University and has been a guest speaker for various organizations. Sarah is certified as Six Sigma Black Belt in Sales.
Sarah’s partnership mentality supports the customers, while providing her seasoned knowledge of the industry to capitalize on growth, opportunity, and continued customer success. In addition, Sarah strives to drive clinical outcomes, as applicable, through innovative product distribution and partnership.
