Why have you dedicated your career to healthcare:

I have been working in a healthcare setting since I was 16 years old!

My mother was the Director of Nursing of our community hospital, so I had an early introduction to healthcare working  in multiple departments.

I am thankful that I chose nursing as my career.  There is no greater feeling of accomplishment when you can help a patient or their family navigate a health concern.  Through my nursing career, I have had amazing professional growth opportunities, made lifelong friends, worked in multiple settings and have had a direct impact on numerous patients and their families. Nursing has enriched my life in ways I didn’t know possible!
