Martha Schram
Martha Schram has dedicated her career to the field of geriatrics in several capacities. From early collaboration with the University of Wisconsin to establish an interdisciplinary geriatric fellowship program and working with Veterans Affairs (VA) to developing a model of care for veterans at home, to leading Aegis Therapies today, she is committed to ensuring the provision of innovative, setting-agnostic and quality care across the industry.
From a policy perspective, she is a staunch advocate for patients. For over a decade, she has held leadership roles within ADVION (formerly The National Association for the Support of Long-Term Care), including serving as President of the Board of Directors.
A graduate of the University of Colorado in Physical Therapy, Ms. Schram is a member of the University’s Physical Therapy Scholarship Endowment Board.
